IS A LEADER BORN OR MADE?
According to author Jorge Yarce, a leader is created through a continuous learning process to achieve a defined objective, emphasizing the need that people have for a leader to be able to express their needs through him.
For author George Homans, a leader is created, since he states that a person does not need to have a set of attitudes and rules that define his profile, but rather a good method to analyze the situation in which he will develop.

For example, if today I have an administrative job in a company “X”, I have a medium socio-economic level, I have a rather introverted character, in short, if I am an average person, I do not have power, but if tomorrow I were to win a big prize in a raffle and it meant changing my standard of living, investing in business, traveling, having contacts, that is, standing out from the rest by having more money, it will imply having, in one way or another, greater benefits and preferences of a different nature, that is, power.

TYPES OF LEADERSHIP:

CONSULTATIVE, where the boss presents his decision or his ideas and subjects them to modification so that the group can ask questions.
PARTICIPATORY, where the boss makes certain problems known, requests suggestions and lets the group decide, of course, within certain parameters.
